Skilled Craftsman's Technique and
G-type automatic loom "GL-9"
As the company's own factory,
the former site of a logistics warehouse located across

The sake is handcrafted using many local ingredients such
as Fukui rice and the original Fukui yeast,
and all the sake is steamed in the now rare Japanese style kettle
and pressed with time and care in wooden barrels made of cherry blossom wood.

The Okuhida Sake Brewery (formerly Takagi Sake Brewery) was established
in 1720 in the fifth year of Keifu
in the Edo period and has maintained a tradition
in the town of Hida Kanayama for over 300 years.
The area is located at the border of Hida and Mino,
between the Mazawa and Masuda rivers,
and is surrounded by abundant water all year round.

focusing on ingredients primarily from Tamba and Hyogo prefectures,

The brewery, located in Tamba, Hyogo Prefecture,
values women's perspectives, and many women,
including the owner's wife and the brewery staff,
are active in the company.
